H.E.A.T. – High Energy Aerobic Training (60 min) NEW This high energy aerobic class uses various forms of aerobic exercise to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Step, jump rope, running bleachers are just to name a few. Toning exercises are also included.
CARDIO KICKBOX – (45 min.) NEW Cardio Kickbox This high energy class is much like Tae Bo. Some classes you will punch and kick in the air while other classes you will use the heavy bags. (Boxing gloves needed) This great cardio workout is fun and stress relieving!
STEP CIRCUIT & STEP - (All Levels – 45 minutes) Step Circuit -- 5-8 minutes of stepping alternating with 1-2 minutes of toning. Step – Straight step with 8 minutes of toning at the end. Beginners may use a mat instead of a Step to do this class.
ABS - (All Levels - 10 minutes) Widdle away the middle with this abdominal strengthening class.
ZUMBA (All Levels – 45 minutes) Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.
PILATES - (All Levels – 45 minutes) This class is a total body workout. It is a unique system of toning and stretching the muscles to improve posture and provide flexibility and balance. Unites the body and the mind to create a more streamlined shape.
POWER YOGA – (All Levels – 45 minutes) A total body workout that develops strength, balance and flexibility using traditional Yoga poses.
FUSION – (All Levels – 45 minutes) An intense mix of Pilates, Yoga and strength training. Check it out and be ready to sweat!
SILVER SNEAKERS™ (All levels – 45 min) Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
SILVER SNEAKERS CARDIO CIRCUIT – (45 min) This class is for students who desire and are ready for an advanced Silver Sneaker workout. A blend of standing non-impact choreography designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength and endurance alternated with upper body strength work.
SILVER SNEAKERS YOGASTRETCH –(All levels – 45 min) will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
BODY BURN - (All Levels – 1 hour) This class offers strengthening and conditioning exercises targeting all major muscle groups. Classes incorporate exercises using a variety of equipment.
SPINNING – (Multi-level – 30 min & 45min) An intense cardiovascular Group Cycling class that can be modified for just about everyone. Class size is limited with first come first serve (no holding bikes)
INTRO TO SPIN – (15 min.) intro class on how to do spinning.
